I know it's stupid to ask these question, but I realize that Crawduant was pretty frail.
Bad Special defense, stat was given to SpA which was bad, Speed sucks, 85 Def was still not good, Dragon dance wont help a lot due to that Magnezone will outspeed it and OHKO it, Same as dragapult.
Smogon said it was a successful Wallbreaker, but to my sources, Magnezone, Alolan Marowak was a MUCH more better.

252+ Atk Thick Club Marowak-Alola Flare Blitz vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Blissey: 562-663 (78.7 - 92.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Possible damage amounts: (562, 570, 576, 582, 589, 595, 603, 609, 616, 622, 628, 636, 642, 649, 655, 663)

252+ Atk Life Orb Adaptability Crawdaunt Crabhammer vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Blissey: 533-629 (74.6 - 88%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Possible damage amounts: (533, 541, 546, 551, 559, 564, 572, 577, 585, 590, 595, 603, 608, 616, 621, 629)

So, as you see, Alolan Marowak could be a better and more successful Wall Breaker, and Crawdaunt also has a bad typing with 5 weakness and only 5 Resistence, which was bad.

252+ SpA Choice Specs Magnezone Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Crawdaunt: 782-924 (292.8 - 346%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Possible damage amounts: (782, 792, 800, 812, 822, 830, 840, 848, 858, 866, 876, 884, 894, 902, 912, 924)

So see how bad was it? I couldnt beleive that it was in OU tier

Aqua jet for priority?
Because it has Life Orb Adaptability Aqua Jet probably. And it can SD or DD, apply pressure, etc.
It was still not as good as the other pokemons with Adapability such like Porygon Z using Hyper Beam and also, its was its hidden abi;llity
So hard to obtain in game
This isn't about ingame? Hyper Beam isn't good in OU, and like sm mentioned, Aqua Jet has priority.
But a lot of pokemmon in OU could counter it
A lot more pokemon in OU could counter Hyper Beam.

Thanks to its incredible base 120 Attack stat and Adaptability-boosted STAB moves, Crawdaunt performs the role as wallbreaker in the OU metagame.

Swords Dance boosts Crawdaunt's Attack stat to frightening levels and can provide offensive pressure to offensive and defensive Pokemon alike. Crabhammer is an extremely powerful move that hits weak and neutral targets such as Tyranitar, Clefable, and Mandibuzz very hard. Knock Off can severely cripple opposing Pokemon such as Amoonguss, Tangrowth, and Toxapex by removing their items and hitting them with great damage output. Aqua Jet is a great priority move for Crawdaunt to pick off weakened faster threats such as Zeraora, Dragapult, Hawlucha, Volcarona, Excadrill, and Rotom-H late-game.

So it seems to be a combination of a large Attack stat, Adaptability, a move to boost that Attack even higher, Crabhammer, Knock Off, and a priority STAB move. While better Speed and defenses would be helpful, Crawdaunt can usually get some good damage off without them, which is made easier by Aqua Jet.

I know the source are from smogon, but it speed was just  too slow for sweep
You can try setting up on an even slower Pokemon, like Ferrothorn or Toxapex, then blast the opposing team away with STAB Aqua Jets. You can sweep with Crawdaunt, you just have to play it right.
so....trick room?
Yes, it could be viable on Trick Room.
As the Smogon article says, Crawdaunt is a wallbreaker. It's doing its job if it takes out balance/stall cores with Pokemon like Clefable, Blissey, Corviknight, Toxapex, etc. It's faster than all of them except Mandibuzz and Rotom, and Swords Dance lets it OHKO all of them with its coverage. The only good Crawdaunt switchin in OU is Kommo-o.
It's nice if it can sweep with Aqua Jet, and you're right that it's too slow to sweep consistently. But that's not your primary interest with this Pokemon.
