What are the returning Pokemon in Isle of Armor and Crown Tundra?

Does anyone have a list of the returning Pokemon? I would like to know because I am getting the DLC and had high hopes of using certain Pokemon.

108 old Pokemon were added in the Isle of Armor, listed here.
Technically, no official list has been released for the Pokemon returning in the Crown Tundra, but a datamine found that 119 Pokemon would be returning, and all promotional material thus far has matched up with this list.

One thing to keep in mind is that you don't need to buy the DLC to be able to use these Pokemon, as long as you can trade or transfer them from another game.
