no this card is definitely a misprint it is more likely that the pack of cards or card is unofficial .There are many people who get unofficial boosters and (or) cards. A quick way to test if your Pokemon card is real or fake is to take a close look at the edge of it. Real Pokemon cards have a very thin sheet of black between the cardboard. It's very thin, but up close it is easy to see the darkness between the two thin halves of the card. Fake cards do not have this..also fake boosters packs and boxes may have misprinted text or may words of other languages in an English text for example.They also may have ash ketshum which most real booster packs don't ,the only have Pokemon most of the time
