Level: 5
EVs: 212 HP / 36 Atk / 196 Def / 36 SpD / 20 Spe
Impish Nature

It's a RestTalk set. I think everyone knows who this is a reference to but if you don't check the comments :P

Dreepy @ Eviolite
Ability: Infiltrator
Level: 5
EVs: 196 Atk / 116 SpA / 180 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Thunder Wave
- Draco Meteor
- Facade

Dreepy can't do too much, but here's a set. Sucker Punch is a nice priority move if you play it right. Thunder Wave has the potential to cripple an opponent. Draco Meteor is your nuke, and the rest of the set can still be used well after using it. Facade is simply because Dreepy doesn't have much else.

Dreepy doesn't have a great movepool. That's a fact. But its stats are reasonable for an LC competitor, (a little lopsided but the point stands). So, here's the best set I could muster from Dreepy's limited movepool:

Dreepy @ Silk Scarf / Black Glasses
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature / Jolly Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Facade
- Quick Attack
- Bite

Not the best. I know. Anyway, let's start by explaining the item. This Dreepy is running exclusively normal and dark moves, so an item the buffs one of them would be nice (Facade and Sucker Punch are stronger, so you might want the Silk Scarf to buff the weaker Quick Attack or the Black Glasses to buff Bite) Infiltrator is there to get through various screens and Substitutes. The EVs are standard physical sweeping EVs (the HP is a little redundant but you never know). Adamant and Jolly natures buff attack and speed, respectively, and lower special attack, which you won't be using at all. As for the moves, Sucker Punch and Quick Attack are priority, Bite can flinch, and Facade is better than the rest of Dreepy's attacking moves (Infestation, Dragon Tail, Astonish, Snore, Swift and Round).

Mixed attacker
SleepyDreepy (Dreepy)@ Life Orb/Eviolite
Ability: Infiltrator
Level: 5
EVs: 196 Atk / 116 SpA / 180 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Quick Attack
- Draco Meteor
- Sucker Punch
- Thunder Wave
It’s moveset is very poor, so I had to run mixed attacker and the funniest part is that it doesn’t learn Shadow Ball! Quick Attack can quickly deal priority damage to take out threats at low health. Is good to switch in to Dreepy when a Grookey was just sent out, they will most likely go for Fake Out, which ghost types are immune to. Draco Meteor is the only STAB move Dreepy can learn, so I had to apply it. Sucker Punch deals 30 base power more damage than Quick Attack, and covers ghost types. Thunder Wave helps Dreepy’s speed even further, halving the foe’s speed allowing Dreepy to outspend most threats. And sometimes fully paralyzing the foe, allowing Dreepy to get a free turn to attack, but disrupts Thunder Wave.

Why Assault Vest over Eviolite? And you can't use Thunder Wave along with Assault Vest, plus you can't use more than 196 EVs in one stat since this is LC, all Pokemon are default set to Lvl 5.
Oops it was supposed to be Life Orb check Dreepy’s wall to see that that was a mistake. I guess Eviolite is a choice too
and what about the EV spreads?
The EVs are there. I don’t get it
