I am preparing a Trick Room team for the next Sw/Sh competition, Which will be doubles (obviously, Nintendo NEVER do singles comps) and has to be just Pokemon in the Crown Tundra Pokedex. I am mainly worried about Spectrier and Calyrex ghost rider form because of their signature move which damages BOTH opposing Pokemon. Are there any good counters for either of them?

I don't think anyone knows how to counter them yet. You should probably spend a few weeks either figuring this out or waiting for a better player to figure it out.
I know people might not have figured it out yet, but while I'm waiting, I'll try and come up with a strategy.
Sucker Punch. Shadow Sneak. That’s all ya need
Dark type Pokemon.
U shld prob be worries about glastrier calyrex fusion too. It has good bulk and glacial Lance is ice type and has ten more bp with same effects. It would work well on ur TR team though
I know it would work well! But I am considering making the team for series 7 instead and making a hyper offense team for the comp. I didn't chose the ghost rider form and so I will get one by trading.
Urshifu Wicked Blow is all its needed.
Ghost rider gets Draining Kiss.
I don't have single strike Urshifu.
Who sets up Trick Room? Who are your pokemon?

Shadow Rider:
This one is likely the biggest problem for your TR team. Basically, anything that has Shadow Sneak or Sucker Punch can defeat it (STAB is suggested). Those Pokemon include:

  • Cinderace
  • Urshifu Single-Strike style
  • Dragapult
  • Bisharp
  • Dugtrio(important since it can stop Shadow Rider from switching)
  • Aegislash
  • Mimikyu(important since it can take a hit and use Shadow Sneak again if Shadow Rider survives the initial hit, or it can use Swords Dance)
    -Other Shadow Riders lol

Ice Rider

This one is much easier to dispose of, but still a threat nonetheless. These are some notable counters, cause Ice Rider has a looong list of counters

  • Dragapult
  • Chandelure(with Trick room and Imprison)
  • BIsharp
  • Cinderace
  • Weavile
  • Knock Off Rillaboom
  • Metagross(kind of)

Foul Play users that are faster are also good at dealing with a boosted one. Klefki, Tyranitar, Umbreon, and Mandibuzz can get rid of a boosted Ice Rider Calyrex without much trouble.

Hope this helps :)

I'm kinda confused whether "Shadow Rider" and "Ice Rider" are Spectrier and Glastrier or Calyrex-Shadow and Calyrex-Ice.
For the ice formes:
Dragapult: 252+ SpA Choice Specs Dragapult Shadow Ball vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Calyrex-Ice: 284-336 (70.4 - 83.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Chandelure(I don't think you need Imprison, normally it KOes):
252+ SpA Chandelure Overheat vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Calyrex-Ice: 402-474 (99.7 - 117.6%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO
People don't run Overheat always. Let's take for Flamethrower:
252+ SpA Chandelure Flamethrower vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Calyrex-Ice: 278-330 (68.9 - 81.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
While they:
252+ Atk Calyrex-Ice High Horsepower vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Chandelure: 298-352 (114.1 - 134.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Bisharp:
252+ Atk Black Glasses Bisharp Sucker Punch vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Calyrex-Ice: 206-246 (51.1 - 61%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
While they:
252+ Atk Calyrex-Ice High Horsepower vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Bisharp: 272-320 (100.3 - 118%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Cinderace:
252 Atk Cinderace Pyro Ball vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Calyrex-Ice: 254-302 (63 - 74.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
While they:
252+ Atk Calyrex-Ice High Horsepower vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Cinderace: 346-408 (114.9 - 135.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Weavile:
252 Atk Choice Band Weavile Knock Off vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Calyrex-Ice: 212-252 (52.6 - 62.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
While they:
252+ Atk Calyrex-Ice Close Combat vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Weavile: 976-1152 (347.3 - 409.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Rillaboom:
252+ Atk Choice Band Rillaboom Wood Hammer vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Calyrex-Ice in Grassy Terrain: 286-337 (70.9 - 83.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Grassy Terrain recovery
While they:
252+ Atk Calyrex-Ice Glacial Lance vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Rillaboom: 608-716 (178.2 - 209.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Metagross:
252 Atk Choice Band Metagross Meteor Mash vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Calyrex-Ice: 320-378 (79.4 - 93.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
While they:
252+ Atk Calyrex-Ice High Horsepower vs. 40 HP / 0 Def Metagross: 216-256 (69.4 - 82.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
So I found except for Metagross and Chandelure, none of the suggestions work against Calyrex-Ice. They carry Close  Combat and High Horsepower apart from Glacial Lance, so you need to be wary.
Thanks for answering! Only problem is that Calyrex isn't allowed. I have only just found out! I will create a hyper offense team instead.
