Physical Eleki?
Gen 9 Ubers

Regieleki @ No Item
Ability: Transistor
Tera Type: Flying
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Acrobatics
- Rapid Spin
- Supercell Slam / Wild Charge
- Explosion

Physical Regieleki is actually kinda fun to use, no one expects it and catches people off guard. I don't use an item because of Acrobatics that become 110 base power with no item, and the single use items are way too situational or Regi isn't bulky enough to use them. Tera Flying for STAB in Acrobatics and trick EQ users. Adamant Nature for more offensive power. Acrobatics because 110 Base Power and deals with Ground types. Supercell Slam is the new move in Gen 9 that is 100 Base Power with 95% accuracy and damages the user by 50% if it misses, but for a more safe option just go for a Wild Charge recoil. Explosion is just a great move on this, and amazing since this is a physical set.

Hope you like this set and enjoy it!

Mixed Attacker/Pivot Regieleki

Faraday (Regieleki) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Transistor
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Atk / 64 Def / 60 SpA / 4 Spe
Mild Nature
- Extreme Speed

Thunderbolt and thunder cage are your STABs and main offensive options. Volt switch allows you to pivot out of sticky situations, and extreme speed is to counter another priority user. Tera Fairy gives good defensive typing and a few useful resistances.

Gen 8 OU Specs Wallbreaker and Cleaner

Regieleki @ Choice Specs
Ability: Transistor
EVs: 40 HP / 252 SpA / 216 Spe
Timid Nature

- Thunderbolt
- Rapid Spin / Ancient Power
- Electro Ball
- Volt Switch

This is the Regieleki set I got to 1514 ELO with on the Gen 8 OU Ladder. Transistor + Specs allows Regieleki to 2HKO EVERY OU tier non-immune switch-in except Blissey, making it a potent offensive threat and cleaner once its counters have been removed. 216 spe + Timid allows it outspeed modest Kingdra in rain. Rapid Spin provides great hazard removal for itself and its teammates and is an effective user of it due to the various switches regieleki forces. Against teams where Electric Immunites are non-existent or eliminated, Regieleki completely dominates as an unstoppable wallbreaker even when resisted, often IMMEDIATELY ENDING GAMES the turn their ground type goes down. Electro Ball allows Regieleki to 2HKO and even OHKO the majority of it's slower switch-ins in AV Melmetal, Ferrothorn, Spd T-Tar, AV Glowking, and Clefable.

Here are just a few of the calcs:

  • 252 SpA Choice Specs Transistor Regieleki Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Kingdra: 288-339 (98.9 - 116.4%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO

  • 252 SpA Choice Specs Transistor Regieleki Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Kartana: 327-386 (126.2 - 149%) -- guaranteed OHKO

  • 252 SpA Choice Specs Transistor Regieleki Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Tapu Lele: 244-288 (86.8 - 102.4%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

  • 252 SpA Choice Specs Transistor Regieleki Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 236+ SpD Heatran: 193-228 (50 - 59%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

  • 252 SpA Choice Specs Transistor Regieleki Electro Ball (120 BP) vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Clefable: 402-474 (102 - 120.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

  • 252 SpA Choice Specs Transistor Regieleki Electro Ball (150 BP) vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Ferrothorn: 201-237 (57.1 - 67.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

  • 252 SpA Choice Specs Transistor Regieleki Electro Ball (150 BP) vs. 248 HP / 60+ SpD Assault Vest Slowking-Galar: 243-286 (61.8 - 72.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

  • 252 SpA Choice Specs Transistor Regieleki Electro Ball (120 BP) vs. 248 HP / 224 SpD Tyranitar in Sand: 198-234 (49.1 - 58%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

Gen 8 OU / Gen 9 Ubers

Levi (Regieleki) @ Light Clay
Ability: Transistor
Tera Type: Flying
EVs: 252 Spe / 248 Hp / 4 SpA / 4 Atk
Nature: Timid
- Rapid Spin
- Volt Switch
- Reflect
- Light Screen

Roles: Screen Setter, Hazards Remover.

Levi can Setup screens, deal pivot damage and remove hazards easily to provide valuable support. It's Hp can allow it to setup screens as long as there are no ground types and the 1st screen counters the opponent's main attack stat (since it is still pretty frail). If possible then pivot out with V-Switch and switch back in to remove hazards if needed or if healthy enough.

this is a waste of regieleki's talents, and you never posted a tera type
How exactly does this "waste regieleki's talents"? Regieleki is fine as a screens setter.
