I saw Aqua Ring on Suicune's learnset on Smogon (yes, I'm cheating on Pokemondb) but not on the learnset here. I'm looking in S/S on bot sites, and I'm a little confused.
You need get an event Suicune fron gen 4 and transfer it to Shield. I guess Pokemon DB just doesn't have all the event moves. source
