So um ;0 I have this baybe

Eevee Male
Level 1
Shiny: Yes
Ability: Anticipation (HA)
Nature: Rash (+Sp.A -Sp.D)
Perfect IVs, no EVs

I'm not sure what to evolve him into. Obviously, since it's a special attacker, my first thoughts were either Espeon or Glaceon, but I'm not sure what would be a good moveset, or if regular ability would be better for them.

Basically, what Eeveelution would be best for this fella out of all of them, and what would be a good moveset for him?

Both In-game and Competitive

(Note: I barely play competitive unless it's for fun with friends, any format, any rules. I'll likely use this baybe for raids, mostly)

When you play competitive, what format/rules do you play with?
Mainly doubles, but pretty much everything with any rules
What kind of doubles? VGC or something else? What Pokemon, moves, and abilities are you not allowed to use?

If you want a fast special attacker, I'm going to say Espeon. Magic Bounce is an absolutely phenomenal Ability, and Espeon is a brilliant special attacker. It's fairly frail, so Rash's Special Defense drop won't matter too much.

Espeon @ Life Orb / Choice item
Ability: Magic Bounce
- Psychic / Psyshock
- Shadow Ball
- Dazzling Gleam
- Calm Mind / Trick

If you want a tankier special attacker, Sylveon is probably the best. It has an excellent 130 base Special Defense, and Pixilate allows it to hit pretty hard as well.

Sylveon @ Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
- Wish
- Protect
- Hyper Voice
- Mystical Fire

Glaceon and Jolteon are both pretty solid as well, so use one of those if you so choose. Glaceon has a very shallow movepool, and Jolteon is quite frail, so be warned. Glaceon's Ability also doesn't really benefit it without extra support, and Jolteon is usually better without HA.

Glaceon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Ice Body
- Ice Beam / Blizzard
- Shadow Ball
- Hyper Voice
- Freeze-Dry / Icy Wind

Jolteon @ Choice Specs
Ability: Quick Feet
- Thunderbolt / Thunder / Discharge
- Shadow Ball
- Volt Switch
- Hyper Voice

Hope I helped!

I’d say Espeon because:
-That eevee has it’s hidden ability, and Magic Bounce is an amazing ability with its ability to deflect status
-Espeon is a fast special sweeper, so the SpA boost is helpful and the SpD drop isn’t too bad. Jolteon would be good because of this, too, and Glaceon depends on the defense to hold it up because of it’s speed being low.
-Has access to coverage for both weaknesses as well as Expanding Force which can be helpful in doubles
Moveset:
Espeon
Espeon (M) @ Choice Scarf / Specs
Ability: Magic Bounce
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Rash Nature
- Trick
- Psyshock
- Dazzling Gleam
- Shadow Ball
Trick can cripple many Pokémon by giving them Scarf/Specs, which ruins their strategy. The Scarf/Specs can still help you quite a lot if you don’t trick them. Psyshock can take advantage of being able to hit Pokémon’s defense stat and is STAB. Dazzling Gleam hits both opponents in doubles and covers Dark, and Shadow Ball covers ghost.
