The title is pretty much self-explanatory. I was just curious since there aren't any Pokémon on the Celebrate move page.

While this question is not in our site, it can be easily found by searching in Google. One of the recent meta posts told to research on your question before asking it, so it could be against the rules. I'm not sure, so I'm not flagging it.
Even if you're not sure, you should flag... that's kind of part of the point of flagging. It just brings moderator attention to the question, and they'll decide if it's against the rules or not.
