Can you still outspeed with Trick Room?

According to Bulbapedia:

If a Pokémon has an effective speed greater than 1809, it will ignore the effects of Trick Room, and act before slower Pokémon. This glitch is also present in Generation VI, VII and VIII games.

The glitch was present in Gen 5 but they mentioned that the same glitch occurs in Gens 6, 7 and 8.
Do anyone make a reply in Showdown if this glitch works? Thanks.

...it explicitly states that the glitch is present in Gen 8. It would be changed as soon as someone noticed it no longer was present in the game.

Yes

Look at this replay. On turn 3, Regeileki at +4 outspeeds Slowbro despite Trick Room being up. Therefore, the glitch is still present in Gen 8.
