Does switching Suction Cups Pokémon in party breaks the Chain Fishing chain?

I accidentally switched my Lileep to the 4th slot in ORAS.

No.

Suction cups isn’t actually REQUIRED for chain fishing, it’s just highly recommended to reel in Pokémon more easily. That being said, interacting with party members does not break your chain.
