Which activates first, a berry or Emergency Exit?

If EE activates first, that means that when Golisopod comes back into play, the berry activates, right?

A berry activates first, then Emergency Exit
Though, if the berry recovers Golisopod's HP to over 50%, Emergency Exit doesn't activate.
