Is there any more Pokémons who are distributed forever except for Magearna in gen 7?

Basically the title. Is there any other event Pokémon that is still available in, say, Gen 6?

Yes, and they are all in Pokemon Home. Considering they come from the Mystery Gift portion of the app, they can still technically be called distributions, or events.

A normal Bulbasaur and Squirtle
Gigantamax Melmetal
HA Grookey, Scorbunny, and Sobble
Original Form Magearna
Eevee
Rotom
Pichu
Pikachu
HA Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Charmander
