I can't decide on Falinks or Dragapult. They are both super good and I could use some guidance. Also, please include a moveset with your answer. That would be great!

Probably Falinks because you can get it before Level 60.
is this borderlining on rule #1.6?
Modified it to comply with 1.6.
Frankly, neither for casual in-game play. Falinks might be the better option but it's still pretty mediocre in terms of moveset (unless you use TRs) and stats (not a huge problem because this isn't competitive). Dragapult as mentioned earlier takes a long time to get, and by the time you have it, you'd have defeated most of the game. Also, you'll have access to other strong Dragon or Ghost types before then, so it's kind of redundant.

Perhaps other strong Pokemon you can find in the Wild area might be a better fit. In my own playthrough, Hawlucha was particularly good, and I also liked both Excadrill and Mamoswine as options.
There's technically a way to get Dreepy before you get access to the Lake of Outrage. In the area of Hammerlocke Hills nearest to the Lake Of Outrage is a Dynamax Den that sometimes produces Dreepy. source: Experience
Even if you get a Dreepy in a Den you still can't evolve it till level 60 and for comparison Hop's strongest pokemon in the league is only level 49!

Falinks is better for in-game because of its decent stats, good moves and you can get it before the 6th gym, while Dragapult can only be used for the league and DLC. But Dragapult is better in competitive because of its better stats, great movepool and being and being a Dragon-type. Overall Falinks is better for in-game, though.
