Why does Shedinja learn Final Gambit?

What is final gambit that shedinja can learn?!is it something unusual!!!i mean what will happen with 1 hp!!!

I downvoted this because I had trouble understanding what he is asking in the question body. If shedinja uses Final Gambit the attack will do 1 hp damage.
and it doesn't affect ghosts.

and no the attack isn't anything special on shedinja it's just a terrible move to have on Shedinja.
