There are a lot of questions ask for Freeze Dry’s effectiveness vs. dual-types, with one type being Water- in almost all cases. Will this count as a dupe?
They're not exactly the same so they're fine. If Freeze-Dry questions were posted frequently to the point of being irriatating, we'd start closing them and linking to one all-encompassing question.

If used on a Water-type Pokémon, this move ignores the effectiveness of this move's type against Water and treats it as being super effective against Water types instead (even during Inverse Battles or if Freeze-Dry's type is changed). If Freeze-Dry's type is already super effective against Water (due to being an Inverse Battle or if Freeze-Dry's type is changed), it will still only be 2× effective against Water. The type effectiveness of Freeze-Dry's type against any other types the target has is determined normally.

Yes.

thank you
It will in fact be 4x effective against a Water-/Ground-type Pokémon.

Edit: The answer below wasn't there when I commented, in case anyone was wondering why I said the same thing.
