The gym leader rematches are good but it takes a bit of time. Can anyone reccomend any pllaces to instantly train my Pokemon .
So far my team
Typhlosion Lv 63(Flamethrower, Rock Climb, Cut, Eruption)
Ampharos Lv 60(Thunder, Thunderbolt, Signal Beam, Headbutt)(holding Magnet)
Noctowl Lv 60(Fly, Air Slash, Shadow Ball, Psychic)
Quasire Lv 60(Surf, Whirlpool, Waterfall, Earthquake)
Heracross Lv 60(Brick Break, Rock Smash, Megahorn, Shadow Claw)(Holding Muscle Band)
Lugia Lv 65(Extrasensory, Strength, Dragon Pulse, Ice Beam)
Also do suggest if any change in moves or held items are required(except cut and strength which would be required in Mt Silver)

The fastest way is probably just battling the Pokemon League over and over until you have enough levels to defeat Red.
You'll level up and defeat Red faster if you stop using Noctowl and Quagsire. This also lets you keep 2 Pokemon (like Golduck and Skarmory) to use all your useless HM moves. Teach focus blast to Typhlosion, power gem and focus blast to Ampharos, close combat to Heracross, and psychic and aeroblast to Lugia. The choice specs (from Lake of Rage), leftovers (from Route 11 and 12), and expert belt (from Mt. Silver) are probably the best held items in the game, so I recommend using them as much as possible. I think you can steal 6 leftovers by running from the wild Snorlaxes and battling them again.
You are in Johto leveling takes quite a bit of time no matter what you do
