Items that increase speed:

• Blunder Policy: Boosts speed stat after holder misses a move due to accuracy
• Choice Scarf: Improves speed while locking holder into one move choice
• Quick Powder: Increases the Speed stat of Ditto only
• Salac Berry: Raises Speed when HP drops below 25%
• Starf Berry: Has a chance of raising Speed stat when HP drops below 25%
• *Quick Claw: Doesn't actually increase speed but has a chance of increasing priority so your Pokemon moves first.

Items that decrease speed:

• Iron Ball: Lowers speed stat
• Macho Brace: Lowers speed in-battle while doubling EVs received
• Power Items: Reduces in-battle Speed while doubling EVs received from respective stats
• Room Service: Lowers Speed stat if Trick Room takes affect
• Lagging Tail: Lowers Speed
