Where is the swamp located on Pokémon HGSS?

I’m trying to catch a Murkrow but for some reason the swamp area is not there.
How do I get it to appear?

There should be a way to place a swamp area before getting all the gym badges.

The Safari Zone has ten possible default layouts, you must have gotten one of the four without the swamp.

You have to customize the layout. In order to unlock the ability to place a swamp block, you have to unlock Baoba's second quest.

1. Catch a Geodude (from the Safari Zone) and show it to the man you meet when you first visit the Safari Zone.

2. You have to literally wait three hours while the game is turned on.

3. Baoba will call you to come back. When you do, you'll have the customization feature unlocked. And you'll be able to place any of the area blocks in whichever order you want.

Just talk to the computer next to the counter.
