Movesets for ORAS Contests? [closed]

Hey guys, I've recently finished Omega Ruby on a replay of an old save and was wanting to get into the contest Spectacular content. I have some Pokemon selected for each category but I need help with actually icking moves. I have the right stats maxed and the scarves.

Beauty: Milotic

Tough: Metagross

Cute: either Latias or maybe Altaria

Cool: either Rayquaza or Flygon

Clever: IDK a Hoen Pokemon of somekind.

To keep the site organised, we only allow one moveset question per Pokemon, so this one will need to be closed.

However, obviously the main moveset questions don't help for this purpose. I did some reading and it seems there's not much strategy going on in ORAS contests that is bound to individual species anyway, so maybe a more general question on how to win contests in each category would be a better fit?
