How can I get Genesect in Black on 3DS using DNS trick?

Playing on twilight++ on my 3ds to load up dsi and play black. ive tried multiple dns methods with no success. is it too late because of nintendo shutting down all online service for ds products? genesect is my fav Pokemon and unobtainable I'm pissed.

Genesect is still available from custom servers, although not sure if it's available in BW and not just BW2.

I'm pretty sure you can only get it through DNS in BW on a Japanese version. Unsure how that would work on an emulator. BW2 would work 100%. Didn't know you could do DNS exploits on an emulator
