I do not understand IV’s. If IV is hidden how can I know it is 31 or 0?

How can I properly know?

You can’t ever know the exact digit but in modern games there is a mechanic that shows you a rough idea by showing ‘decent’ ‘no good’ ext. this is called the “judge stats” feature
