What is the best place for grinding before Elite Four in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond?

I just finished the last gym. where can I grind some lvls?

why do we allow these questions? isn't the answer always where you can find the highest leveled Pokemon that you can defeat, which is almost always right before whatever you're grinding to fight? The only times that's not the answer that I can think of are if you're grinding for something postgame (which these questions are rarely ever about).

@staff would it be inappropriate to ask an all-encompassing question for situations like this?

I think "best place to grind before Elite 4" does get asked enough to count as a common repeat question, but grinding for other boss battles might be a little bit more complicated.

Victory Road is a solid place to grind before Elite 4 in any pokemon game because it has the highest level wild pokemon available at that point in the game in most cases.

I think rematching trainers on route 223 with the VS. seeker is the overall easiest way before fighting the elite 4. As most of the Pokémon are around level 40 the first time around, and even higher when you rematch them.
