Im currently SRing for shiny Mudkip and it feels like its going soo slow. Are there any forms of RNG manipulation methods to use in ORAS to get shiny starters easier?

RNG manipulating doesn't boost odds, it guarantees a shiny by analyzing the current RNG seed of your game and predicting the exact frame your game will spit out a shiny. It requires external hardware, i.e, a computer program

It's not going "too slow", there's no faster way to do it. It takes a while. You can also wait until the daycare and get a foreign ditto to breed with Masuda Method at higher odds.
try using moves like sweet scent so you can find 5 pokémons each time
from what i can see you need to hack your 3DS
Nahh hacking is bad
RNG manipulating doesn't require hacking, it just requires external hardware that you input game data into to determine your seeds and stuff

Here are some ways

-The Shiny Charm
-Hordes
-Masuda Method(breeding two Pokemon of two regions [Japanese ditto and American Pikachu etc.])
-Dex Nav
-Dex Nav chain bonus
-Chain fishing
If you want shiny starters because that’s what you said, the shiny charm and Masuda method are ways to boost the odds

This here source shows the odds and how to do the methods.

Hordes don't boost your shiny odds, they just let you cycle through encounters quicker.

Also although the title is asking about shiny boosting methods, the real question is asking about if there's a way to RNG manipulate a starter hunt/make a starter hunt go quicker. None of these affect the starter hunt at the start of the game, although if we want to apply shiny hunting methods into getting a shiny starter outside of the starter reset, only the Shiny Charm and Masuda Method can allow you to get a shiny starter in ORAS with higher than base odds.
I feel like saying that hordes don't boost your shiny odds is just arguing semantics. No, the Pokemon aren't technically more likely to be shiny, but you ARE more likely to encounter a shiny Pokemon on a per-encounter basis, as you're encountering five at once. Higher odds, no, higher rate, yes. Either way, it works out to be better for shiny hunting, no?
That's true but I did just want to point it out. I definitely consider it a shiny hunting method, but I still just wanted to clarify that it doesn't actually boost the odds.

Either way it doesn't really apply to hunting starters anyways so it really doesn't matter.
Eh ok then. It does help though for other Pokemon when shiny hunting.
Also the question just ask some ways to boost the odds of shiny Pokemon in the game
Again, the title does, yeah, but sometimes, what's asked in the bulk of the question doesn't exactly line up with what the title asked.
