In the XY series Ash looks like he is 14-16 years old, but in the Sun and Moon series he looks like 10 again and in the journey series he is 10. And in the XY series Ash and Serena kiss and isn’t 10 years kind of young for a first kiss? So that’s why I think he is older than 10. Some people say that the series are released in the wrong order if you think about his age but others say that he is 10 forever. This makes me really confused and I need some help to understand

Truth is no one really knows.
Different styles for different shows. Technically, I believe he is still canonically 10, but you can headcanon his age to be whatever you want at this point.
10 as always
This post reads to me that you have a lot of concern regarding 10 year olds kissing more than actual confusion about Ash’s age. It’s understandable for you to be uncomfortable, but it’s not necessarily too young for kids to kiss. For example, there were two kids in my kindergarten class that kissed and played boyfriend and girlfriend. Kids copy what they see. I had my first kiddy crush in kindergarten as well. Additionally, it’s not rare for kids enter puberty before they hit 10.
I personally view their kiss as a puppy-love kiddy kiss rather than something more on the adult or serious side.

Back to the topic of Ash’s age, if you want to headcannon him as older, you’re allowed to do that, but that doesn’t mean they didn’t plan the series with Ash as 10 in mind.

Ash is presumed to be 10 years old, always.

While no comment has formally been stated for XY in particular, Ash is stated to be 10 in Pokemon Journeys, which was made after XY. Additionally, Ash was stated to be 10 in Black and White, despite a year passing. It’s been stated by Kunihiko Yuyama, the director and supervisor of the animation, that Ash is always 10.

Ash is still considered a 10-year-old in promotional materials and in mainline animated series episodes as recent as Sleuths for Truth!, despite at least a year having been implied to have passed between A Goldenrod Opportunity and Best Wishes Until We Meet Again!.

Kunihiko Yuyama, creative supervisor for Pokémon Journeys: The Series and executive director for prior series, has stated in an interview with Daniel Arsham in Arsham's Pokédex, a collection of Pokémon-related artwork, that Ash does not age because the animated series is set in an endless early summer.
