nope... took me less than 10 minutes
- just highlighted the rows with a bst 500-600, which is easy
- paste into sheets, delete rows that aren't the 'mons names
- Sort cells in column a by text color being black
- Pick out all of the regional forms, which are now conveniently near the top
- Use "custom number format" to apply dashes before the text in each cell
- Copy/paste into the answer
- Edit the answer to say the forms in the same line as the Pokemon names; for example, before it said this:
"- Thunderous
Thunderous Therian forme"
Anyway Google sheets makes a lot of list-y things massively easier you should try it
