What is a fast Pokemon that learns dragon tail and spikes/stealth rock in pokémon champions?

I checked this question and found something really good (i think) and I need a fast pokémon that learns dragon tail and spikes or stealth rock (a fast pokémon has like 160 spe or something)

As the other answer mentions, Garchomp has a base Speed of 102 and learns Dragon Tail and Stealth Rock/Spikes.

If all you need is a move to force the opponent out, Aerodactyl has a base Speed of 130 and learns Whirlwind/Roar and Stealth Rock. Mega Aerodactyl has a base Speed of 150.

If you need all three moves still, Mega Skarmory learns Whirlwind/Roar, Stealth Rock, and Spikes with a base Speed of 110

If you're okay with not learning spikes, Infernape and Lycanroc also exist.

There currently isn't a Pokemon with 160 speed that has Dragon Tail and Spikes or Stealth Rock. The best option you have is Garchomp at base 102 speed, and it learns all 3 of those moves.
