Do you mean exactly 100% accuracy, or are you counting moves that can never miss? And in that vein, are you counting Z-Moves and Max Moves?
Only 100% accurate moves, not ones that never miss.
Z-Moves and Dynamax moves don't count.

This list excludes moves that can never miss, such as Z-Moves and Max Moves. It does not exclude moves with variable power or typing: some moves on this list, such as Eruption, Solar Blade, and Multi-Attack, may be weaker than their maximum power—or a different type entirely—if their conditions are not met.

Up-to-date as of Regulation M-B of Pokemon Champions:

Normal: Explosion (250 BP)
Fire: Eruption, Mind Blown, Shell Trap (150 BP)
Water: Water Spout (150 BP)
Electric: Electro Shot (130 BP)
Grass: Solar Blade (125 BP)
Ice: Glacial Lance, Multi-Attack (120 BP)
Fighting: Focus Punch, Meteor Assault (150 BP)
Poison: Multi-Attack (120 BP)
Ground: Headlong Rush, Multi-Attack (120 BP)
Flying: Beak Blast, Brave Bird, Dragon Ascent, Multi-Attack (120 BP)
Psychic: Prismatic Laser (160 BP)
Bug: Multi-Attack (120 BP)
Rock: Multi-Attack (120 BP)
Ghost: Astral Barrage, Multi-Attack, Shadow Force (120 BP)
Dragon: Nihil Light (200 BP)
Dark: Multi-Attack (120 BP)
Steel: Gigaton Hammer (160 BP)
Fairy: Multi-Attack (120 BP)

mannnn dark and rock aren’t doing so hot on the power side
Would Judgement/Multi-Attack count for this list?
That's a good point, thanks! Judgment is always weaker than Multi-Attack, so I only added the latter to this list.
what would be the move if muti attack and judgement is not taken into account?
like for example say for a hackmons team you want poison stab on your eternatus what would be most powerful then in that case
We are now wanting the strongest non-item-exclusive 100% accurate move of each type in that case. A bit of a mouthful.
Also @tm 157, you can edit comments so you don't have to put 2 if you forget to say something
I'm not going to exclude moves just because they have limited distribution or have criteria to be fulfilled.
