Out of the 210 Pokémon in the native Platinum dex, how many are obtainable with only a single copy of Pokémon Platinum? This means no trading with Diamond/Pearl or from the Gen 3 games and no dual slotting.

Preferred if this was answered for the 493 national dex too.

Edit: Events that are no longer distributed also do not count, e.g. Arceus.

371, according to https://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/how-many-pokemon-are-obtainable-in-each-title.3690638/. Though I haven't gone through them all to make sure that's accurate :P
I think the only ones that are unobtainable are version exclusives, trade evolutions (besides Steelix, which can be caught), 2 of the starters, 1 of the fossils, Spiritomb, and Manaphy. This might also help:

Perhaps you should mention that this is a list of Pokemon you can't obtain?
i thought it said how many but it is nice to see a list but something tells me you are missing a lot of pokemon sumwun
also he said no event pokemon
Double-checked and the answer does include everything, the formatting is just pretty off to me. By event Pokémon, I'm assuming OP meant not to include them as obtainable, and this is a list of unobtainable Pokémon

Hi, good afternoon, Enderdome25, how are you?

In a single copy of Pokémon Platinum, the National Pokédex has 493 Pokémon available. However, the exact number you can catch on your own depends on your strategy and the previous generation (GBA) games you own. Check out the breakdown of how many Pokémon you can obtain: Sinnoh Regional: Almost all 210 Pokémon in the regional Pokédex are catchable directly in the game. Without interacting with other games, you can catch about 381 Pokémon without needing transfers or events. With GBA cartridges: If you insert Game Boy Advance games into the Nintendo DS slot, you can catch up to 413 or 416 Pokémon (depending on the GBA version: Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed, or LeafGreen).

See more about the subject here: https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/ds/946308-pokemon-platinum-version/answers/102059-whats-the-list-of-the-catchable-pokemon-on-this-game.

A big hug, my noble person... and until more! Is it all right?

OP is asking in regards to only using platinum, and no other game
