We can't read your mind, can you make your questions more specific?
- What are your goals - BP, win streak, etc?
- What do you mean by starting point? Do you want half a team or something?

I always start with the battle factory, or it's equivalent, because the game gives you Pokémon, so your Pokémon don't matter. Then you can use the points you get to buy items for the rest of the frontier.
