Gyarados (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
IVs: 0 SpA
- Waterfall
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang / Stone Edge
- Dragon Dance
Analysis
Waterfall is your STAB and Gyarados' best Water type move.
Earthquake deals with the Electric types that you're weak to. Also deals with the Rock types but Waterfall covers that.
Ice Fang and Stone Edge are both coverage. Ice Fang deals with Grass, Flying and Dragon while Stone Edge deals with Ice, Flying and Bug.
Dragon Dance is your set up move. A boost in Attack and Speed is nice and it'll help you sweep.

Sweeper EVs.

Dragon Dance with Choice Scarf? You're locked into it, and switching gets rid of your stat boosts.

.....You have no special attacks, yet you're investing in special attack. You're running 250, not 252. You're utilizing adamant, and investing in 250 SpAtk. You're utilizing mystic water, which....is horrible.
