How can you get Dragon Rush for Garchomp in Pokemon Rumble?

I know it's programmed into the game because of a Japanese password, but I've spent allot of P and haven't seen it once, so please tell me in which terminal is it easiest to find and cheapest.

I looked into it, and the only Password for a move on Garchomp is Dragon Claw.The Password is 1824-8991
