Beautifly (M) @ Life Orb Ability: Swarm EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe Modest Nature - Quiver Dance - Bug Buzz - Psychic - Giga Drain / Hidden Power [Fighting]
Quiver Dance is setup to manage it to do some damage. Bug Buzz is good STAB. Psychic hits Fighting types and Poisons. Giga Drain hits Waters and Rocks and is some healing, but Hidden Power Fighting can be used to hit Steel- and Rock-types. Modest nature and Life Orb is for maximum damage output.

This is really standard. Use Quiver Dance to set up while you tank a hit with Focus Sash. Then, use Giga Drain to heal up. Psychic and Shadow Ball are extra type coverage, and Stun Spore can be useful for Paralyzing before switching out if need be.
