Cloning pokemon in white?

One person was talking about cloning an event mewtwo. Other people said it works and it's in white. How do you clone pokemon in the game? If it works, can you play random matchup with that pokemon?

I believe he was talking about using Action Replay(AR for short) to do it. AR is a hacking system which allows you to edit the game by use of codes. So technically you could clone the Mewtwo or another Pokemon for that matter with this method. Though you should know that the Action Replay system can potentially break your game, also many players of Pokemon look down on this cheating and consider it cheap and unfair, but it is your call.
