Lopunny is fun, underrated and cute. Many people say she's a frail cutie. I disagree! She gets cosmic power!

Impish Nature

- Rest/Return/Dizzy Punch

Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 240 HP / 16 Def / 252 Spe

- Power-Up Punch
- Rest
- Drain Punch

Keep buffing your defenses with Cosmic Power, and then your offenses with Power-Up Punch. Drain Punch for recovery, so you don't have to rest as often. Could also replace it with something offensive, like Return.

Normie will get 1040 Def and SpD, and Mega will get 912 Def and SpD, which in return results in having 405 Speed. Allowing you to outspeed most mons.

Lopunny (F) @ Choice Band
Ability: Cute Charm
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Return
- Bounce
- Ice Punch / Fire Punch / Thunder Punch
- High Jump Kick

High Jump Kick shreds opponents to pieces, however Choice Band will activate so choose wisely. Bounce serves as perfect retaliation for having your opponent try Fighting-types. A punching move of your choice can give even more coverage. Return, like HJK, will DESTROY anything because Lopunny evolves via Friendship! It's also a FANTASTIC STAB option. Remember Choice Band allows only one move so choose wisely. If a Fighting-type (who are on average almost always Male) make contact with you, they are infatuated with you cause of Cute Charm.

Bounce is bad, I think you should replace it with U-Turn.

here's my lopunny set

Lopunny @ Lopunnite
Ability: Limber
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- High Jump Kick / Close Combat
- Ice Punch
- Return
- Fake Out

pretty simple to explain this set. high jump kick / close combat for STAB either you go risk-taking or lowering stats
ice punch for coverage against flying types. it kills garchomp/dragonite
return for stab and high base power
fake out for breaking sashes and chip damage

Fake out can be used to flinch and Return as STAB endeavor just in case it messes up protect for defensive purposes

Adamant Nature
- Fake Out
- Thunder Punch
- Return / Frustration
- Ice Punch

Fake out for a priority flinching move, especially helpful if your opponent might have a deadly counter for lopunny great for stalling a turn

Thunder punch is for coverage and a 10% para chance which can assist lopunny in moving faster potentially allowing kills on a mon that would usually be faster posing a threat to her

Return for 255 happiness and frustration for 0 happiness they both have the same base power at max / min friendship so they're both interchangable with each other just pick the one you like best, also due to scrappy not even ghost types are safe from lopunny, so this means lopunny can sweep dangerous ghost types like gengar and deal with tanker ghost types like jellicent combined with thunder punch

Ice punch for a 10% freeze chance but it's a high risk high reward move as if it freezes there's a chance they thaw out immediately or they don't get frozen at all but if they do get frozen then you have a chance to switch into a baton pass mon to let lopunny sweep

EVs should total 508/510 in multiples of 4.
I meant to put 252 speed but put 25 by accident, ill fix it
Why not use High Jump Kick over Thunder Punch? STAB Frustration hits water types harder than Thunder Punch,  so it's not very useful unless you face a 4x Electric weakness. I don't think that's worth giving up your fighting stab for.
My thought process for that was since I can’t run both return / Frustration i’ll just run Return since it doesn’t really matter as at min/max friendship (depending on what you run) they have the same BP
But you were asked why you're using Thunder Punch instead of High Jump Kick?
STAB Return at max happiness and STAB Frustration at minimum happiness are functionally the same except when facing Ditto.

Instead of the classic Fake Out + Last Resort abuse, I used this set instead! The Fighting moves checks out Steel and other Fighting-types. First, Mega-Evolve then go for Fake Out. After that, go for Power-up Punch and if possible, keep P-Up punching until you have at least +2 Atk (If you are extra paranoid like me though, just use it once). If you got hit a little too hard, Drain Punch immediately. After that, feel free to spam Last Resort! Be a One Punch Man of your own!

- Jump Kick (Against Fighting. Even tho High Jump Kick is powerful, I'm afraid, since it has 90% accuracy)
- Ice Beam / Thunderbolt (Against Flying)
- Shadow Ball (Against Psychic)
- Return (Full happiness + Mega = great STAB. Plus, its good to use against Fairy-types since Lopunny can't learn any Steel or Poison moves except Toxic or Hidden Power, but those suck)

replace ice beam dude put ice punch. shadow ball is bad as it's a special attack. put maybe u-turn and fake out?
