By secerts, did you mean secrets? If so, then what kind of secrets? Do you mean like hidden objects, secret passage ways, rare pokemon, rare items, special events, or what?

Aren't Giratina at Turnback Cave at Level 70?

That is in D/P.

You find them @ 47 in Turnback if you defeated the origin form in the D-World.

@Mr.PokemonMaster Technically, the level 47 Giratina is in the Distorted World and after defeating it or capturing it, you enter a portal that teleports you to the entrance of Turnback Cave in Spring Path. Note: The level 47 Giratina is only in Platinum
@Mew Yes. There is a level 70 Giratina at Turnback Cave. This is only in Diamond and Pearl post National Pokedex. I'm not sure but maybe in Platinum if you accidentally defeat it.  Not too sure though. Comment if I am right or wrong.
