With SwSh, Frosmoth should be a good Quiver Dance abuser as Quiver Dance Frosmoth is used almost all the time.(if you use Frosmoth)

Well, they're all good, but I have twol.

Once Quiver Dances are set up, she can use Sleep Powder along with her ability (in the sun). She can sweep very well once that's up.

Venomoth

Uh, yeah. It can Sleep Powder too, but not with that great ability. Mostly it can Baton Pass Quiver dance, which is great. Really great.
