Is Electross worth the effort of training/raising from a Tynamo?

I have a level 35 Tynamo that I'm training for the elite four, is it worth replacing Zebstrika for Electross?

Well, Eelektross is definitely better ingame, and has a wide movepool to use. So yes.

It would be best to lvl up tynamo for your pokedex.
