Some teams are harder to rate than others. For example, compare these two:
>Talonflame (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Flamethrower
- Roost
- U-turn
- Will-O-Wisp
>Talonflame is epic when it comes to support, and it has a great Special Attack stat to boast as well. Therefore, investing fully in bulk will help it take more hits while allowing for Special prowess....
>Talonflame (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Flare Blitz
- Brave Bird
- Roost
>Although Talonflame doesn't have the greatest Attack stat in the game, its access to Swords Dance and its Ability, Gale Wings, complement it nicely. It gets priority on all Flying moves, hurting everything with priority Brave Bird.....
Now, if you actually look at Talonflame's stats, you can see that the first Talonflame needs desperate improvement. Talonflame's Attack stat is superior than its Special Attack, and it doesn't have the greatest bulk, either. The second one is clearly superior, as the person knows how to use Talonflame correctly - using its better stats. So a team with good movesets are generally harder to rate.
Another reason why teams are rated and others aren't is that the team is quite bad, forcing a complete overhaul of the team members.
In your case, less people are involved in the monotype metagame, so you may have to wait a bit before people start ansering yours.
