If this hasn't been asked before, I'm surprised that it hasn't been pointed out until now.

The footer states 'Nintendo/Game Freak (c) 1995-2013'. Shouldn't it be 1995-2014? Obviously Nintendo and Game Freak are still active today so I think you may need to change it.

i think it's because XY were released in 2013, not sure though.
The footer should probably be updated every year until Nintendo dies.
^^ Yeah. Nintendo and Game Freak have been releasing trademarks, and they announced Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire recently in 2014. Also Nintendo and Game Freak have probably released countless non-Pokemon games in 2014, so it should be 1995-2014. But I'm no lawyer so I dunno. :/
It's nothing to do with the law. It's nothing to do with releases, it's just until the company disbands / goes broke. Nintendo might not be as popular as PS or Xbox or something, but it's still a massive company. So basically, what noby said
But Nintendo is number 1, literally. :l
If you said that at my school, you would be, like, forever alone.
Everyone is so obsessed with Xbox and Playstation. I only own an old version of the Xbox that no one uses. o_o
lol i miss the first xbox. but seriously, wikipedia tells you that nintendo is actually number one in the top gaming companies. mario is also number on in the games list. pokemon is second.

Ha, I just noticed this independently the other day. The site copyright is set to use the current year automatically, but the Nintendo one wasn't. It's now fixed.
