Hi!

So, I've heard things about how new users typically don't read or just skim the rules and end up making questions that are generally frowned upon (No offense to any new users, of course!). Well, I have an idea that might help solve it. It's exactly what the question says: after a user finishes creating their account, redirect them to the rules page, as a sort of passive way to show them the rules.

(Sorry if this or something like it is already in place; it's been a while since I created my account, so I can't remember if it is)

Not a bad idea, but probably wouldn't do anything in the long run.
"Look, I'll scroll to the bottom and press next. Just like every time I read 'terms and conditions' "
Nah, not like that. It's just that they get redirected to the rules page, not hit next or anything. Whether they choose to check out the rules or just click on a link to chat or PokeBase or something is up to them, but I think it'll probably get a little more people to read the rules that otherwise might not even see them.

There is a big yellow notice at the top for new users, linking to the rules page. I don't think redirecting automatically is necessary.
