Is it ever possible to delete a question?

No, only Pokemaster (site admin) can delete questions. The ability to delete posts will remain restricted so that we can always access removed posts should we need them for any particular reason, such as for a record of a problematic user or to restore them to public access.

Only you and site moderators and editors can see your own "hidden" posts, so for all practical purposes, hidden posts are effectively deleted from the public eye anyway.

Basically, you can see all of someone's weirdest questions, no matter how dumb they are, and there's nothing anyone can do about it?

Interesting that your LC post was flagged down, it's been established before that these are OK. I reshowed it.
And please be assured, you certainly will not get banned for getting a few flags. You'll only get a ban for that if you constantly make posts that break rules and choose to ignore moderators; and even then it's ignoring messages that would cause the ban, not the posts themselves.
