Why is the header disappearing?

The site appears like this when it loads: https://i.imgur.com/zmJHKhH.png
Half a second later it becomes this and stays that way: https://i.imgur.com/CiFHvDH.png

This is new, is it an error? It happens on all areas including chat and on multiple devices.

It was happening to me about 9 hours ago, but the site looks completely normal now.

Strange. Are you using an ad blocker? Sometimes they remove things incorrectly. Let me know if it's still happening now.

I think it may be an ad setting I changed. I've turned it off now so hopefully it won't happen again.
