Suggestion: Make the special users page accessible to everyone

Question

According to this question, the special user page displays a list of users that have auth. Wouldn't making the page accessible to everyone help new users know who has auth on this site?

It's the default setting for the software. There is no reason it can't be changed to let everybody see it, though.
