Suggestion: Allow searching and filters for the users section

Question

So, you can look up a user or filter them (lowest to highest points, highest to lowest, expert, editor, moderator, registered user). Seemed like a good suggestion.

There's actually already a feature that sorts the users by rank (moderator, editor, etc.), but only mods have access to it. I'm pretty sure it's been suggested before to make the option more widespread, so that newer users can see a list of the staff on the site (even though most of them are inactive now).
