Perhaps have flagging limited to people of a certain point amount.

It seems that there have been some complaints about the flagging system, so this might fix it.

I'll be back soon. Perhaps even by Friday! However, I will be limiting my involvement on the site to being on the chat. You can bring to me questions you think should be hidden or questions you want answered though, but I won't do it on my own initiative.
