Suggestion: Sample teams shouldn't be allowed in RMT section

Sample teams copied directly from Smogon and other sources like YouTube, etc. shouldn't be allowed in RMT section. Here's why:

• Sample teams (at least from Smogon) are generally given by well-experienced players and then checked thoroughly by Smogon moderators for that format and other experienced players. As such, flaws in sample teams are hard to find.
• Especially when it had been discussed in earlier threads like these and these where it has been admitted that our RMT section is more flawed, I don't see any exact reason to dump sample teams from Smogon and elsewhere.
• It can also be told that many questions in RMT section are generally asked for just points, not that the asker always needs to improve their team competitively.
  As such, I feel sample teams directly copied from Smogon shouldn't be allowed in RMT section.

Coincidentally, somebody submitted a Wolfe Glick team to RMT a couple days ago, which I did not approve.

I think that users which can post without waiting for approval may post sample teams rarely, as it isn't written in the rules.

Sample teams / stolen teams already aren't allowed. I don't know what gave the impression that we allow them, but if we know that a team is stolen from another source, we don't allow it.

Auth aren't necessarily super aware of the competitive scene so we might miss this stuff. But if you notice it, flag and comment.
