I think 30 points is a bit too high to be able to post on walls. There's a lot of new users asking "How do I wall post" in chat sometimes, and the answer is always the same: get an upvote. What if the user doesn't have the best grammar, or they're not the smartest out there? Is it fair to deny them wall posting if they still want to be part of the community? Why not have it be 22? That way, new users can simply ask a question and select an answer as best to be allowed to wall post. This also brings attention to selecting the best answer, meaning more newcomers will be familiar with it, and we won't have to select BA for them, flag their posts, and the such.
