Yes, outside of the Q&A sections, PokemonDB is run by Pokemaster alone. This includes everything under the “Pokémon data,” “Game mechanics,” and “Pokémon games” dropdown menus at the top, as well as the home page and even the rules page of the Q&A, which is why there are some more modern rules that aren’t reflected in the current rules (although we’re currently working on a rewrite that we’ll pitch to PM, stay tuned!)
