From what I've checked and heard, Pokémaster activates the name change period every December and March, but there was no change period last month. I know he's been offline for a while, but I noticed he came back, so I thought I'd post this assuming he'd forgotten.
I know a few people waiting for the name changes, so if PM sees this, fill us in!
